These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RollinScope ("RollinScope", "we", "us"), available at rollinscope.com (the "Site"), and the go-to-market research and strategy reports we provide (the "Service"). By using the Site or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
RollinScope provides automated go-to-market (GTM) research and strategy reports based on publicly available data, third-party data tools, and structured analysis. Depending on the package you select, output may include market overview, audience and competitor analysis, channel recommendations, benchmarks, budget estimates, and a task roadmap. Reports are delivered in digital form.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business.
3. Orders and Payment
Prices are shown on the Site and charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider and is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Delivery
We begin work after payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and vary by package. Reports are delivered electronically to the email or workspace you provide.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your product and goals. The quality of the Service depends in part on the information you supply. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to resell or redistribute reports as your own commercial product without our permission.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Service provides research, analysis, and recommendations for informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, growth, or success resulting from the use of our reports. Decisions you make based on a report are your own responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to our methods, prompts, templates, and the Site. Upon delivery and full payment, you receive the report and may use it for your own business purposes. Information you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it to produce and improve the Service.
8. Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
