This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of RollinScope ("we", "us") services made through rollinscope.com.
1. All Sales Are Final
RollinScope delivers digital research and strategy reports. Because work begins promptly after purchase and the output is a custom digital deliverable, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once research or production has started.
2. Before Work Starts
If you change your mind and contact us at hello@rollinscope.com before we begin work on your order, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund. Once work has begun, Section 1 applies.
3. If Something Goes Wrong on Our Side
We stand behind our work. If your report is not delivered, or there is a clear technical failure or material error on our part, contact us at hello@rollinscope.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, fix the report, re-run the research, or provide a partial or full refund.
4. Not a Guarantee of Results
A refund is not available simply because a strategy or recommendation did not produce the business results you hoped for. Our reports are research and analysis, not a guarantee of outcomes. If a recommendation underperforms, reach out and we will help you diagnose what happened and decide on next steps.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to the Service.
